You are free to identify this moment without our interference.
Pursuant to our agreement with Oracle Corp., Ultimate is entitled to license Oracle products at special prices – if they are used exclusively in conjunction with our own solutions
(ASFU Oracle license).

Edition to be Used Exclusively with Ultimate Software:

You can pay for Oracle licenses
in your personal space.
Ultimate Cloud users do not need to purchase Oracle licenses; the cost of their lease
(like Microsoft Windows licenses) is already included in the service price.
You can also buy universal (non-ASFU) Oracle licenses from any authorized partner of
Oracle Corp.
The operator company is exclusively responsible for using licensed software from
external vendors (Oracle, Microsoft, etc.).
Ultimate does not check whether external vendors’ software products used are licensed.
