The product support scheme is intended exclusively for administrators / system
developers.
We communicate via tickets (topics) of our support forum.
The forum is moderated according to the established practice; junk, foul language, and off-topic
messages are ignored/deleted.
We suggest that matters not directly related to product support
should be discussed in the general forum.
The forum is open for everybody to read.
To start new topics and add answers to existing ones you will have to register (free of charge).
Dialogue with users is conducted in two languages: Russian and English.
All other things being equal, inquiries in English are the priority.
If the ticket author has no paid support package from the list below, we assume no
formal prompt response obligations.
In other words, we address non-paying users’ questions ‘as soon as we get round to
them’.
