This component is a software shell for a payment kiosk.
Its objective is to automate any process of NON-fiscal cash acceptance: funds’ cashing-in done by the employees (couriers, drivers etc.), accepting money from the outside contractors in order to top the balance (usually this is the so-called "black" cash-desk, replenished by the customers who buy in bulk), and, by and large, in any other cases, when a cash-desk receipt will NOT be issued, due to whatever reasons.
The business aim of the Ultimate Moneytaker’s application is both to reduce the expenditures on employing cashiers at the office, and to radically/inexpensively accelerate the money acceptance in such cases when there are dozens (and more) of people who have to perform the cash-in operations every day.
The actual cash terminal has to be purchased extra. Ultimate Moneytaker can be installed on a common cash terminal that we see in the streets — it has to be fed money notes one at a time. The component can also be installed on the more advanced devices that accept money in bundles (the hardware itself costs about € 3 000 per item).
Please note, that the automated fiscall payment kiosk for retail (accepts both cash and credit cards and gives fiscal receipts) is now being battle-tested.
The official release is due in February-March 2015.
The Ultimate Moneytaker component undergoes one-time licensing, notwithstanding the actual number of the devices used.
Every payment kiosk connected to the system is a common user of the system; it is taken into account when calculating the concurrent users’ number limited by the License agreement.
